« Très bien situé pour un road trip en Toscane. Personnel très agréable et gentil. »
Bon petit déjeuner inclus. Beaucoup de choix, sucré et salé. Le personnel est au petit soin, très aimable, gentil, serviable, faisant des efforts pour vous parler français. Donnent plein de renseignements sur les restaurants, les activités, les supermarchés, ils ont même prêtés leur aspirateur pour notre voiture de location. La piscine etait top et au calme. Propre et agréable. Le resto le soir très bon, on etait en plus servi comme dans un grand hôtel, assiettes sous cloches, les serveurs très classe en costume 3 pièces malgré la chaleur. Chambre propre, ménage très bien. Tous les gens rencontrés la bas étaient sympas et ont fait facilement la conversation. Toutes les nationalités y étaient. Riche et belle expérience. Le centre ville était sympa le soir pour les resto.
Les moustiques...... Et le bruit , les chambres sont très mal isolées. Et on entend absolument tout de ses voisins et de la rue, c'est proche centre ville des animations et des gens qui crient. L hôtel est vieillot et a besoin de rénovation. Je voulais une chambre vu piscine. C était magnifique mais en plein soleil, donc fournaise dans la chambre et sur la terrasse, ma faute...

Emplacement plein centre de Montecatini Terme, chambre très spacieuse (avec 2 salles de bains !), balcon avec belle vue sur ville et verdure, petit déjeuner très agréable en terrasse, charme des parties communes, accueil, possibilité de garer la voiture dans les rues autour de l'hôtel (à tarif avantageux), possibilité de se baigner dans la piscine, proximité restaurants ...
Climatisation et isolation fenêtres justes dans le cas des températures caniculaires que nous avons eues...
